In this workshop, it's okay to be loud and silly. As students play theatre games and act out favorite storybooks, they'll have fun experimenting with vocal expression, movement and music.

General Information
  • As students play theater games and act out favorite storybooks, they’ll have fun experimenting with vocal expression, movement and music.
  • The workshop will culminate with a half hour sharing for families (last day of workshop).
  • NO PRIOR EXPERIENCE NEEDED.
  • *Option to stay at Pine Bush Elementary for lunch if attending Fun with Fabrics camp in the morning!*
  • Bus Transportation Available to Camp Only - Campers must be picked up at the end of the program.
  • Registration is required for all transportation. See Transportation for Summer Camp program.

Instructor's Experience
  • Beth Whiteman has been a classroom teacher for 24 years in the Guilderland School District.
  • She currently teachers 5th grade, but has taught Kindergarten, First, Third and Enrichment as well.
  • Beth's hobbies includes history, musical theatre, and sewing.
  • Beth is a NYS certified teacher (Elementary and 6-12 social studies).
  • She has taught many previous summer camps for the Town of Guilderland, Sage College and Helderberg Workshops.
