Jumping for Volleyball
This camp is designed for female volleyball players of any skill level who are interested in learning and/or refining their volleyball skills and knowledge of the game. The week's activities will include various skill introduction that covers the fundamentals and technique of serving, passing, setting, hitting and blocking through a variety of drills and game play. Campers will be grouped by similar skill levels.

Information
  • The week’s activities will include various skill instruction, refinement, and development through game-like drills/gameplay. Experience not needed but is helpful.
  • The week will conclude with a friendly tournament on Friday.
  • Campers should dress for active indoor volleyball activities (Short sleeve shirt, shorts & sneakers). Knee pads are optional.
  • Grades 7 - 8 will be at 5:00-6:30pm
  • Grades 9 - 12 will be at 6:30pm-8:00pm

Instructor's Experience
  • Coach Murphy is heading into her 6th season as the Girls JV Volleyball Coach for Guilderland. She has been coaching high school Volleyball for 10 years. In addition to her coaching, she has numerous years in depth experience playing in high school and college. The coaching staff may include current or former Guilderland Coaches as well as players.
