Animal Adventure

How would you like to travel around the world to each
continent and meet some amazing animals along the way? Then this is the camp for you!

General Information
  • Your child will learn about a different animal each day from a new continent, make a craft, and learn about the culture of the area where the animal lives.
  • They will get a stamp in their “passport” each day as they travel to a new continent.
  • They will collect their “luggage” in a personally designed suitcase to take home at the end of their week-long journey.
  • Please send your child with a snack and water bottle each day to have at camp.
  • A $15 materials fee is due to the instructors on the first day of camp.

Instructor's Experience
  • Heather Coupal has been a classroom teacher for 9 years teaching Kindergarten and 2nd grade. She currently teaches Kindergarten at Guilderland Elementary.
  • Karra Makowski has been a classroom teacher for 22 years. She has taught K-5th grade. Karra has taught in the GCSD for 13 years, and is currently a Kindergarten teacher at GES.
