  • In July of 1937, the world famous Amelia Earhart disappeared near the end of her record breaking flight around the world at the equator. Weeks of searching for her, her plane and the navigator Fred Noonan produced no clues or evidence. Now, 83 years later, scientists and researchers continue to debate the many theories of her disappearance. Recently within the last 5 years, new evidence is beginning to emerge that may be leading us closer to the answer where she wound up and what happened to her and Noonan.
  • This Google Meets online course will use video, articles, photos and discussion to introduce and explore the possibility that after vanishing, Amelia did indeed survive for awhile before her eventual passing.
